My first outing in Double Rock Park for about an hour with Kevin.

Exciting News!

Well, maybe not for you ... but for me, it doesn't take much:

A new section of the Junction and Breakwater Trail has opened up, completing the off-road (meaning: off-the extremely dangerous for cyclists, Route 1) connection from Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, Delaware. This will be an exciting improvement for my annual bike ride from Ocean City, Maryland to Cape May, New Jersey for lunch. It's a day-long ride of about 68 miles. Ocean City to Lewes (26), then a relaxing ride on the ferry to Cape May. About 15 miles around Cape May with a stop for a nice lunch at the Lobster House. Back on the ferry and another 26 from Lewes to Ocean City.

Tour de Talbot

Due to lack of training in the last few weeks,
I had to forget about the "Century" and
opt for the shorter ride.
